So today marked the start of college football for UNH. The opener pitted the Wildcats against the St. Francis Red Flash from somewhere in Pennsylvania. It was possibly the most boring game I've seen live in many years, as the Wildcats were as rusty as I am. I did manage to do something today I've never done before as a photographer. I was experimenting with bracketing last night, and had forgotten to turn off the bracketting setting. It took me until late in the first quarter to realize that was the reason why my exposures were so far off. I honestly thought something was wrong with my D3, as I was adjusting the metering settings, the exposure compensation settings, and anything else, and finally figured out why it was so far off... I like to call that a Gibney Moment. Here are a few decent shots from the game which I shot for the Associated Press http://tinyurl.com/m4s2js. Hopefully the team improves as I hope to as the season progresses. Thanks for looking!
