Sunday morning, I had an extra shift for the Union Leader to cover several events going on in Manchester. Fire prevention week kicked off with several events including a flea market and a parade. A sidewalk ArtFest was also held at Victory Park, postponed from Saturday due to the rain storm. Finally, Sunday marked Pulaski day, celbrating the life of General Caisimir Pulaski.
